SAVING TIME & COSTS

One of the reasons our clients claim we're "the best" lies in their recognition of our day-to-day efforts, not just to stay within budget, but employing budget and time saving management techniques.

In developing our cost-saving measures we've put together a program that includes our crew doing the work that other contractors customarily outsource, adding to their cost, particularly so if the sub cannot complete the task and needs to be replaced.

CHANGE ORDERS

Used as a contingency measure when unique developments occur, we present a proposal to you showing remedial options to handle the conditions, with our recommendation, and subject to your approval. They can either increase, decrease or remain budget neutral.

Post Construction

PRIOR TO CLOSEOUT

We schedule a project walk-through/inspection with you when the last punch list has been completed. Compliance with plans and specifications are reviewed in detail . Any questions or outstanding concerns are handled immediately to your satisfaction.

PROJECT CLOSEOUT

In the closeout meeting we turn over all the project information regarding materials and equipment. We present manufacturer's manuals and warranties, as well as our guaranty for your records and accept final payment. We schedule all warranty inspections required, at your convenience, to ensure proper performance in place.

WORKING WITH OWNER REPRESENTATIVES AND PRIME CONTRACTORS

We present our documentation and submit our bid for the project. When chosen, we prepare a Schedule of Work and submit materials and equipment list for approval.

With specifications as our guide, we work with owner representatives in performing the project. In the event of a change order we consult with you as we assemble feasible alternatives for presenting change orders to owners.

With the final punch list completed ,we perform a walk-through inspection with you, turn over project information and warranties, along with our guaranty, and accept final payment. We will schedule warranty inspections when notified of the owner's convenience.
