Learn about our Construction Projects:

With the demand for accelerated scheduling being a common factor, we've adapted manning strategies and trade overlap to meet deadlines on projects—ranging from single story retail to multi-story office campuses and apartment complexes. Our tenant improvement contracts extend across various locations.

Summer construction schedules are no problem for AAA. Our managers and crews are accustomed to working longer hours and we've never failed to meet deadlines. Building new facilities means understanding the importance of providing state-of-the-art construction methods to fully accommodate safety and security measures.

Team leader/Project Manager- Mr. Edgar Skertchly has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, serving in upper level management and supervisory positions. AAA has over 30 years of combined experience in the construction industry and has worked on multiple projects within the medical campus at Fort Bliss, including simultaneous projects at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC). Our performance record at WBAMC has been impeccable, always providing excellent quality and on-time completion or ahead of scheduled deadlines.

We are currently serving the VA in El Paso with a 5-year contract.

Competition necessitates unique environments to attract the public and AAA is sensitive to the demands ofthis market. Responding to the challenge with an experienced hand and practiced eye, we provide our clients with the ambience their vision demands.

From warehouses to manufacturing facilities, AAA has performed projects that called for agility in handling land rehabilitation and large-scale construction scheduling. Moreover, by using in-house resources, we've saved our clients substantial costs.

We've done a number of apartment complexes and know the value of maintaining a consistent level of construction throughout to achieve the standards set by our client.

With years of working in large-span construction, using the necessary equipment, AAA's experience serves Worship Facilities. In several, we've installed large areas of custom-designed glass requiring special handling and, with the heat-exchange exposure, we advise our clients how to save heating and cooling expenses by using a structural insulated panel system (SIPS) on exterior walls and roof.

With every square foot of retail space producing income for the owner, we make certain to construct square footage that delivers a continual performance. Space that performs well for tenant retailers contributes to consistent occupancy. We continue to build shopping centers for clients who know that we are qualified to implement their unique requirements.
